What if I can’t see my accommodation when booking? Don't worry, just complete the booking by using the resort and we'll be in touch. Alternatively, complete the enquiry form and we’ll be happy to help you book over the phone or via e-mail.

Can I amend my booking?
Sure, it’s free to amend outside of 24hrs subject to availability. Within 24hrs it depends on other work we have in at the time, we’ll always try to help where we can, but can't guarantee to accomodate changes, especially during peak times/dates.

Can I cancel my booking? Of course, just pop us an email over. Cancellations outside 24 hrs of the service are free of charge, within 24hrs the full cost is payable.

Some of my party are staying at different places can you accommodate? Sure, there’s a €10 supplement per extra drop off in the same resort. Additional resorts are on request, so please us know at the time of booking and we’ll see what we can do.

How do I pay? You pay the total amount in cash in €uros to your driver upon arrival in Ibiza. This automatically confirms your departure transfer with us. You can also pay in advance via Payment Link (Visa/MasterCard) on request.

Can I book a one way transfer? Of course, simply complete the arrival or departure section only when booking, leave the other part blank.

Can I book a different number of passengers on arrival or departure? Sure, just complete the booking based on the higher number of passengers and add a note in the comments section if one of the transfers is for less people. We will update the booking and reflect this in your booking confirmation.

Our party is landing/departing on different flights, can you accommodate? For arriving in Ibiza, please use the latest flight when booking, then ensure the rest of your party who have arrived earlier are waiting at the arrivals doors so we can get you on your way promptly. Note: We’ll only monitor the later flight provided, if any of the other party on different flights are delayed, we’ll do what we can, but we may have to leave the airport. For different flights on departure, please let us have the earliest flight time, as the pickup time will be based on this.

Do you offer child seats? We certainly do, the first two are free of charge. You’ll see a section for them as you go through the booking journey. .

Where will the driver be waiting at the airport? As you come through baggage reclaim into the main terminal building, your driver will be waiting for you inside the terminal holding a name board.

How long will my driver wait at the airport for me? Normally your driver will wait up to 1 hour after your flight has landed. If you think you’ll be longer (lost baggage, excessive queues at security etc,) please let us know as soon as you can.

What happens if I can’t see my driver? If you cannot locate your driver, please stay inside the terminal and call + 44 (0) 203 774 9537.

What happens if my flight is delayed? We have your flight numbers and track your flights. In the event of a delay, we do our best to have a driver waiting. On the rare occasion, there maybe a small wait, but we’ll let you know when you land.

What time I'll picked up for my transfer back to the airport? We send your pick up time via text message at 7pm the evening before you are due to fly home. If you haven't  received a text message by this time, please contact us on + 44 (0) 203 774 9537. As a guide, your departure transfer will be approximately 3 hours prior to your flight (this may vary slightly by resort).

What type of vehicles do you use? Most of our our vehicles are minivans and minibuses, meaning plenty of space for you and your luggage. We also have coaches up to 57 seats for larger groups.

Do you only offer airport transfers? Of course not! We offer private transfers pretty much anywhere on the island, just pop us an email over for with your planned itinerary and we’ll get back to you with some quotes.

What is "Meeting Point"? Some resorts and town centres (such as Ibiza Town, San Antonio & Bay, Santa Eulalia and Es Cana) have recently undergone pedestrianisation with one-way road systems in place. Public service vehicles now have designated meeting points for certain hotels, apartments and hostals. We’ll let you know if this applies to you, and we’ll send a  Google Maps link for the "Meeting Point" location, along with the route from your accomodaion.

Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible? Sadly not, but if you need a wheelchair accessible transfer, please let us know and we’ll see if we can find a transport partner to help out.

Can I bring a road bike or golf clubs on my transfer? Yes, please contact us at the point of booking as there is a small charge for these items.
